The CrewNavio app
How do I sign in?
Open the app and tap Sign in. Use the email and password from your company’s CrewNavio, then the two-step code. Your company owner adds you to the team; you cannot sign up inside the app.
I forgot my password
Tap Sign in, then “Forgot password?”, or go to crewnavio.ca/login. A reset link is emailed to you.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Today’s route and your jobs for the week are kept on your phone. Complete jobs, add notes and photos and record payments offline; the bar at the top shows what is waiting, and everything syncs when you are back online.
How do I start my shift?
Tap Start shift at the top of the app. It opens your company’s timesheet, including any vehicle photos it asks for.
I am not getting notifications
Open your phone’s Settings, find CrewNavio and turn Notifications on, then open the app once while signed in. You are notified about new or changed jobs, your inbox and chat messages.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the menu, then Settings → Delete my account, or email info@crewnavio.ca. See our privacy policy.
